Facial coverings are optional at this time.

Gender Neutral Booking

We are so proud to announce W&B Co. is offering Gender Neutral booking. Moving forward, when you book your appointment - we simply ask, "Is your hair short, medium or long?" Each service is priced by length of hair and time of your appointment. We understand there might be adjusting to our new system, so we are happy to assist any questions over the phone or by email. 

Credit Card/ Apple Pay Only

Please no cash payment at this time. Credit card and contactless payment currently.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the total appointment, plus 20% gratuity.

Sonoma County Drought

We are extremely concerned with the current drought crisis in Sonoma. In order to do our part and comply with Healdsburg’s water reduction requirements here are few things we will be doing at the shop…

First off, to cut back on our water usage, we will continue to be closed Sundays and Mondays. Secondly, any haircut that accompanies an additional rinse will now have the choice to opt out of a second shampoo. Please let your hairdresser know if you would like to pass on the additional shampoo. Another great way to help cut back on water is to come to the salon with clean, recently washed hair. This is only a suggestion.

Arrive Early

Always try to arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment to allow time to park and check in for a relaxing personal service.

Parking

All downtown street parking in Healdsburg is between two to three hours. We recommend parking in the neighborhoods or the lot across from the “Purity Products” Building on North Ave, currently unmetered all day.
