Hayley (she/her) is a Healdsburg local and has been a patron of WBCO since we opened back in 2013. "Growing up in Healdsburg, I've seen a lot of places come and go, but when Wash and Brushup, Co. opened up shop in our little town, I was immediately drawn to the space they created. I knew in my bones, that this was somewhere special and when the opportunity to join this amazing salon and team became available, I jumped at the chance to work here!"

Hayley came to us with 10+ years of management experience and a background in bookkeeping. She loves working with people and helping to get their needs met. Providing top customer service and making each person feel seen and heard is something she takes great pride in.

Outside of work, Hayley loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, reading, and traveling.
